Bodycote plc (the "Company) 11 April 2012Exercise of Options
On 11 April 2012, the Company was notified that on 10 April 2012 the following Directors* and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities `PDMRs', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2009 Bodycote Investment Plan and under the 2009 Share Match Plan at an exercise price of 3.6505 per share.
Mr. Stephen Harris had also exercised his Joining Award under the 2009 Bodycote Share Match Plan amounting to 142,747 options.
