Helphire Group PLC14 December 2007 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") PDMR Share Dealing The board of the Company received notification on 14th December 2007 that RhodriJenkins, the Company's Group Financial Controller, exercised on 13th December2007 4,100 options over ordinary 5p shares in the Company's shares at a price of£1.06 per share and immediately sold all of them at a price of £3.82 per share.
