Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Richard Stone, Finance Director of the Company, yesterday sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.017% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 24.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Richard Stone holds 93,825 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.065% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
