Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Koovs announces that it has been notified of the following transfer of shares in the Company's ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Lord Waheed Alli, a director of Koovs.
Lord Waheed Alli has transferred 4,714,286 Ordinary Shares held by Silvergate Investments Limited (a company controlled by Lord Waheed Alli) into his own name. As such, Lord Waheed Alli's overall holding in Koovs Ordinary Shares has not changed.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
