UBM plc (“UBM”) received notification on 28 August 2015 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”).

On 28 August 2015, Mrs Carolyn Cobbold, the spouse of Mr Timothy Cobbold, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 10,207 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.897 per Ordinary Share. 

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.

The transaction was carried out in London.
