The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
The Company announces that on 18 March 2020 Mr Jasbir Bains, a senior executive of the Operations Manager, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of £1.00p per ordinary share.
The Company further announces that on 20 March 2020 Mr Chris Sweetman, also a senior executive of the Operations Manager, purchased 9,691 ordinary shares at a price of £1.03 per ordinary share.
