Mr Lewis has also surrendered his optionover 31,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p at an exercise price of 116.5 per share.These shares will be cancelled by the company. Mr Lewis is now beneficially interested in 288,086 Ordinary shares, representing0.522% of the total shares in issue. In addition Mr Lewis has remaining optionsover 71,667 shares.
