Following this purchase Christopher Wright is interested, in personal capacity,in 452,222 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.13% of the current issuedshare capital. Christopher Wright also is a director of an affiliate of Merifin Capital NVwhich holds 6,520,833 ordinary shares representing 1.91% of the current issuedshare capital.
