Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company received notice on 10 August 2011 that Eugenia Ulasewicz, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), received 4,782 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") following the vesting of the final tranche of rights granted at nil cost on 10 August 2006 under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan.

2,423 Shares were subsequently sold in London on 10 August 2011 at a price of 1327.00p per Share to satisfy tax liabilities. Ms Ulasewicz retains the balance of 2,359 Shares.
