Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - On 2 April 2013 awards were made to two Executive Directors and a PDMR at nil cost under the Company's Performance Share Plan to acquire ordinary 5 55/89 p shares ('Shares') in the capital of the Company. The awards are subject to performance conditions measured over the three financial years from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2015. Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted are set out in the table below.
