NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMR

The following Directors/PDMR of Meggitt PLC have today exercised share options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under Sharesave Schemes granted in 2008 and 2010, reaching maturity on 1 November 2013. All directors/PDMR elected to retain their shares.

MR STEPHEN YOUNG, DIRECTOR/PDMR:

4,047 ordinary shares of 5p each granted in 2010 under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £2.2235, maturing on 1 November 2013. Mr Young is retaining the shares, as a result of which his shareholding in the Company has increased.

Total shareholding: 413,302.

Percentage of issued share capital: 0.05%.

MR PHILIP GREEN, DIRECTOR/PDMR:

3,798 ordinary shares of 5p each granted in 2008 under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £1.714, maturing on 1 November 2013. Mr Green is retaining the shares as a result of which his shareholding in the Company has increased.

Total shareholding: 557,929.

Percentage of issued share capital: 0.07%.

MR IAN JOESBURY, PDMR

9,495 ordinary shares of 5p each granted in 2008 under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £1.714, maturing on 1 November 2013. Mr Joesbury is retaining the shares as a result of which his shareholding in the Company has increased.

Total shareholding: 60,507.

Percentage of issued share capital: 0.01%.
