Issue of Share Options

The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc, announces the grant of the following options over new ordinary shares of 1p each in Snoozebox to the Executive Directors as follows:

Robert Breare 70,588 shares

Chris Upton 70,588 shares

These options were granted under the Company's Share Option Plan ("CSOP") on 7 June 2012 with an exercise price of 42.5p each vesting immediately. Following these grants, Robert Breare and Chris Upton have total options over ordinary shares, exercisable at 42.5 pence, under the CSOP as follows:

Robert Breare 70,588  shares

Chris Upton 70,588  shares

The total number of options outstanding, post this grant, is 592,352 which represents approximately 1.15% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
