On 14 September 2009 HMV Group plc (the 'Company') granted awards under The HMV Group Share Performance Plan (the 'Plan') to the Directors and PDMR listed below. The award price was 113.16 pence per share and the vesting date is 14 September 2012. The Directors or PDMR pay no consideration on the award of the shares.
