Notifications pursuant to AIM Rule 17
Today, Monday, 20 June 2016:
● Stephen Goodyear, the Company’s chief executive, notified the Company that he had today sold 15,000 A shares at 1201p per share;
● Torquil Sligo-Young, the Company’s information resources director, notified the Company that he had today sold 2,500 A shares at 1201p per share and that his wife had today sold 8,000 A shares at 1201p per share; and
● Peter Whitehead, the Company’s finance director, notified the Company that he had today sold 20,391 A shares at 1201p per share.
References to “A shares” are to A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital.
