Nighthawk, the US focused hydrocarbon development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces that it received notification on 12 April 2010 that on that day, certain directors of Nighthawk purchased ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. The number of shares purchased and resulting shareholdings are set out below:
