NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
Further to the RNS issued on 24 September 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that MStead Limited acquired a further 1,000,000 shares on 24 September 2015 at an average price of 65.50p per share. Following these transactions MStead Limited owns 53,608,047 shares representing 7.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in MStead Limited. Following the transactions the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 172,772,366 shares representing 24.66%.
Wessel Hamman is a Director of Homestead Group Holdings Limited, the parent company of MStead Limited but has no beneficial interest in either entity.
