John Wood Group PLC ('Company') NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 31 March 2014the minor children of Allister Langlands, Chairman of the Company, each sold5,000 shares, being 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Companyrespectively, at a sale price of £7.74 per share, such transactions takingplace on the London Stock Exchange. Mr Langlands' two minor children are connected persons of Mr Langlands for thepurposes of DTR 3.1.2R. Following the transactions, Mr Langland's minor children each hold 63,888ordinary shares representing 0.017% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Langlands holds 431,214 ordinary shares representing 0.115% of the issuedshare capital of the Company, of which 391,306 shares are held directly and39,908 restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only.
