Director's Dealing

Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that Dorian Gonsalves, Chief Executive Officer, and Carl Chadwick, Finance Director, have today sold 200,000 and 150,000 Belvoir ordinary shares ("Belvoir Shares") respectively at 184p per share.

Following this disposal, Dorian Gonsalves holds 453,595 Belvoir Shares, representing approximately 2.12% of Belvoir's issued share capital and Carl Chadwick holds 340,196 Belvoir Shares representing 1.65%of Belvoir's issued share capital.

Mr Gonsalves and Mr Chadwick have informed the Company that out of these share disposal proceeds they both intend to repay their directors loans of £114,000 and £85,500 respectively that were taken out at the time of the IPO to fund the exercise of their share options.
