On 21 October 2008, the following awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made under the Wilmington Group plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') to Directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs'):

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which is structured as a conditional award.
