IXICO announces that it was notified on 31 October 2013 that, on the same day, Professor Derek Hill, the Company's CEO, purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 51.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a consequence of this share purchase, Professor Hill has a total holding of 477,169 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
