GEM Biofuels Plc ("GEM" or "the Company", AIM:GBF), a company established to supply feedstock to the rapidly growing global biodiesel market, announces that Mr Frank Tiller, a Director of the Company today acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 26p per share.
Mr Tiller's total holding in the Company is 35,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
