888 Holdings plc08 May 2007 888 Holdings Public Limited Company ("888" or the "Company") DIRECTORS/PDMR SHARE INTERESTS Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdingsplc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests ofJohn Anderson, being a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), inordinary shares of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") arisingout of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan. As part of the terms agreed between 888 Holdings plc and John Anderson upon hisstepping down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the RemunerationCommittee of the Company agreed that 842,740 awards granted to Mr Anderson underthe 888 All-Employee Share Plan that were due to vest on both 4 October 2007Shares and 4 October 2008 should vest on 23 December 2006 (or otherwise inaccordance with the rules of the 888 All-Employee Plan). The first date since 23 December 2006 when the Company has not been in aprohibited period was 30 April 2007 and, accordingly, these awards vested infull on 30 April 2007 and the following number of Shares were transferred to Mr.Anderson.
