Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following proposed dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares").
On 24 March 2009 the Company's Remuneration Committee resolved to recommend the grant of the following share options (the "Options").

The Options will be granted following shareholder approval of the arrangements at the Company's next General Meeting. The terms of the Option agreement will be set out in the notice calling that meeting and the draft option agreement will be available for inspection at that time.
