Gary Browning, Chief Executive Officer, today informed the Company that he had bought 10,000 shares in the Company at 115 pence per share on 14 June 2010.
Following the acquisition of these shares, Gary Browning's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 37,921 shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company. |
