Director/PDMR Shareholding in Cable & Wireless Communications Plc ("the Company")
The Company has been advised that on 12 April 2012, EES Corporate Trustees Limited, trustee of the Cable & Wireless Communications (Cable and Wireless plc) Share Purchase Plan ("SPP"), undertook the purchase of Partnership shares and allocation of Matching shares on behalf of the under mentioned Director.
