Redrow LTSIP 2008 and Redrow plc 2008 Company Share Option Plan
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 21st November 2008 options over the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow were granted under the Rules of the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Plan (as amended) at a price of £1.6683p in respect of the year ended June 2008 in respect of the following:

At its recent Annual General Meeting the Redrow plc 2008 Company Share Option Plan ("the Plan") was approved by shareholders and has since received approval from HM Revenue & Customs. On 21st November 2008 options over the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow were granted under the Rules of the Plan at a price of £1.64p in respect of the following:

Both of the above options were granted subject to a 5 year vesting period and the exercise is dependant upon achieving performance targets.
