Notification of transactions of directors
UBM plc ("UBM") was notified on 9 September 2011 of the following dealings in its ordinary shares ("Shares") by an executive director of UBM.
Executive Share Option Scheme
An award was made to Robert Gray, Chief Financial Officer, on 9 September 2011 under the Executive Share Option Scheme as shown below. The number of Shares awarded was calculated by reference to a price of 439.53 pence per Share, being the average market value of Shares for the 3 trading days prior to the award. Mr Gray will become entitled to exercise the option after a period of 3 years, subject to continued employment with the UBM group and to the achievement of an earnings per share ("EPS") target. The number of Shares shown below represents the maximum that may be acquired, if UBM's EPS growth over the 3 year vesting period is equal to an average of 10% p.a.

Following the above notification, Robert Gray holds awards over a total of 513,407 UBM shares (of which 52,919 are subject only to continued employment, and 460,488 are required to meet performance conditions).
