Raven Mount plc06 November 2007 6 November 2007 Raven Mount plc ("Raven Mount" or the "Company") Transfer of shares by a director of Raven Mount plc Anton Bilton, Executive Chairman of Raven Mount, has informed the Company todaythat he has gifted 2,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company to The Bilton FamilyDiscretionary Settlement of which he is a trustee. Whilst the shares in question are not subject to any non-sale restrictions(although onward sales to external parties until 13 December 2007 must be madethrough the Company's broker) the current intention is that they will be held bythe recipients for a minimum of 12 months. Anton Bilton's holding of ordinary shares in his own name or trusts, of which heis a trustee, remains at 28,224,966 ordinary shares which represents 25.46% ofRaven Mount's current issued ordinary share capital.
