Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 25th June 2014 John Hamer, a director ofthe Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2169peach and 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2169.5p each.Following this notification his shareholding is 78,499 ordinary shares in theissued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.21% of the issued sharecapital.
