Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Grant of SAYE options
Under the terms of, and pursuant to, the rules of the Berendsen Sharesave Plan 2016 ("SAYE"), James Drummond (Chief Executive Officer) was granted SAYE options over 2,960 ordinary shares of 30p each in the capital of the Company.
The options were granted on 4 May 2017 with an exercise price of 608 pence per share and have a contract start date of 1 July 2017. The options are due to mature on 1 July 2020 following completion of a 3-year savings term.
