DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 20 April 2011 nil-cost options over the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow were granted under the Rules of the Company's Long-Term Share Incentive Plan ("the Scheme") for the year ended June 2010 in respect of the following:

B M RICHMOND 52,508
G A COPE 44,107
Redrow further announces that on 20 April 2011 a nil-cost cash option was granted to S P Morgan ("Mr Morgan") under the amended Rules of the Scheme over 89,263 ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow (the "Option Shares"), pursuant to which, upon exercise following vesting, Mr Morgan would receive an amount in cash equal to the value of the Option Shares rather than the shares themselves.
