Director/PDMR Share Incentive Plan allocations
Under intu's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") all eligible employees, including the Executive Director and PDMRs, are invited to save up to £150 per month, which is then used to purchase ordinary shares (referred to as "Partnership Shares") in the Company at the end of each twelve month accumulation period. The Partnership shares are purchased at the lower of either the market value of the shares at the start of the accumulation period or the market value on their acquisition date. For every two Partnership Shares purchased, the Company purchases one additional ordinary share on behalf of the participant (referred to as "Matching Shares").
The Company has been notified by the Trustee of the SIP that the following Partnership and Matching Shares were allocated by the Trust on 23 April 2019 at a price of £1.0149 per share to the following Executive Directors and PDMRs in respect of the accumulation period ended 31 March 2019:
