Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
I give below details of changes in the directors' interests in the Ordinary shares and American Depository Shares (ADSs) of GlaxoSmithKline plc.
On 30 September 2009, the Company's Non-Executive Directors were provisionally allocated awards over Ordinary shares at a price of £12.41 per Ordinary share and $39.60 per ADS under the share allocation arrangements for Non-Executive Directors for the period of service from 1 July 2009 to 30 September 2009:
