Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, has been informed that James Howgego, Financial Director, has today purchased 50,000 Ordinary 1.5p Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 4p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Howgego's beneficial interest in the Company is 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.59 per cent. of the issued share capital of HML.
