Conditional awards made under the Issuer's Long Term Incentive Plan 2003 ("LTIP")
The Issuer announces that on 8 December 2010, Ordinary 10p shares in the Issuer were conditionally awarded, at no cost, by the Trustee of the Issuer's LTIP to the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility set out below. Vested awards must be exercised within a six month period from 8 December 2013.
