Director dealings

Asian Citrus was notified on 25 June 2013 Hon Peregrine Moncreiffe bought 392,000 and 43,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 24 June 2013 and 25 June 2013 at an average price of HK$2.68 (equivalent to 22.42 pence) and 22.30 pence (HK$2.67) per share respectively.

Mr. Moncreiffe, an independent non-executive director of the Company, is a direct beneficiary of the Winterthur Pension Management Limited (the "Plan") and is consequently taken as having an interest in all shares in the Plan. Miranda Mary Moncreiffe is the spouse of Mr. Moncreiffe.

Following the transactions, Mr. Moncreiffe, Miranda Mary Moncreiffe and the Plan now hold 1,013,000 ordinary shares, 128,000 ordinary shares and 593,560 ordinary shares respectively representing 0.082%, 0.010% and 0.048% of the Company's issued share capital respectively. Mr. Moncreiffe's total beneficial holding is therefore now 1,734,560 ordinary shares representing 0.141% of the Company's issued share capital and 500,000 employee share options.
