On 28 March 2013, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that David Nicol, the Chief Executive, has today acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 209.50 pence each.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 40,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0158% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
