In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was notified on 4 December 2008 that, on 4 December 2008, Stephen Coe, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 shares Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 20p per share. The shares were purchased in the name of Redmayne Bentley Nominees Limited. Following this purchase Stephen Coe has a beneficial interest of 63,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company.
