McBride PLC17 March 2008 McBride plc LTIP Award McBride plc has been notified that on 14 March 2008 a notional allocation of53,037 ordinary shares was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2005 LongTerm Incentive Plan ("the Plan") to Timothy Seaman, a Person DischargingManagerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. These ordinary shares willvest at the end of a three year period depending on the achievement ofperformance targets set out in the Plan, but will not require any payment fromthe PDMR.
