The Company has been informed on 6 August 2015 by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Close Brothers Group plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility purchased Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company under the Plan in London on 5 August 2015 at a price of £14.69 per share as follows:
