The Company announces that it has received notification that Nicholas Ferguson, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 10,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at £8.02244 per share on 10 October 2022. As a result, Mr Ferguson has a total beneficial interest in 39,286 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
