I give below details of changes in the interests of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc.
Mr A P Witty | The purchase of 861 Ordinary shares in GlaxoSmithKline plc on 25 March 2011 within an ISA at a price of £11.70 per Ordinary share; and |
The transfer by way of gift of 500 Ordinary shares in GlaxoSmithKline plc to each of his two children on 25 March 2011. |
The Company was advised of these transactions on 25 March 2011.
