The Company has been notified that on 21 May 2012 Michael Redmond, Chairman, transferred the beneficial interest of 16,942 ordinary shares in the Company from the Redmond Family Trust to his spouse, Frances Catherine Redmond, for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Michael Redmond's total beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged, being 73,417 shares, which represents 0.085% of current issued share capital.
