Serco Group plc was notified by Mr Kevin Beeston, Non-Executive Chairman, that today he transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company to Jayne Anne Beeston (a person connected with him as defined in s793 of Companies Act 2006)
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.4 R(1) and DR3.1.4 R(1)(c).
