The Company was notified on 1 December that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 30 November 2011 bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 101p each per share.
Following the transaction Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 159,000 Shares, representing 0.62% of the Company's total issued share capital.
