Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group")

 Directors' dealings  Empresaria was notified 5 November 2010 that on that day Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 55.375 pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged at 3,988,092 Ordinary Shares representing 8.95 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
