Announcement of Option Exercise by Director and Option Grants to PDMRs
ARM Holdings plc announces that on 6 August 2008 Tim Score exercised an option over 27,152 ordinary shares under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme at a price of 58.65 pence per share. His resultant total shareholding is 371,558 shares. The mid market closing price on the day of exercise was 103.25 pence per share.
In addition, on 27 June 2008 options over ordinary shares were granted under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme to the following PDMRs at an option price of 81 pence per share:
