Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd. (AIM: GEL) announces that it has been notified that GRECAP Ltd has today purchased 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.8 pence per Ordinary Share. Randeep Grewal, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive, is beneficially interested in GRECAP Ltd and, as a result of this transaction, he is now directly and indirectly beneficially interested in a total of 398,268,528 Ordinary Shares, representing 97.23% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
