Plant Health Care PLC23 July 2007 For immediate release: 23 July 2007 Plant Health Care PLC ("Plant Health Care" or "the Company") Director's Dealings Director's Exercise of Options The Company was notified on 20 July 2007 that Dr. Donald Marx, a Director of theCompany, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Selina Marx, on 20 July2007 had exercised options over 3,470 shares in the Company at an exercise priceof 73.5 pence per ordinary share of 1 pence each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"). Following the exercise of these options, Dr. Marx's resultant interest in theCompany is 432,283 shares, which is 1.03 per cent. of the total issued sharecapital of the Company. He has no other interest in shares of the Company. Application has been made for 3,470 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading onthe London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission").Admission is expected to occur on 27 July 2007. The New Shares will rank paripassu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 41,964,375 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights.
