On 1st October, 2008, 895 ordinary shares of 25p each in Lloyds TSB Group plc were purchased by Equiniti Financial Services Limited for Mrs. H.A. Weir at 253.36p per share under the dividend reinvestment plan.

This relates to a transaction notified to Lloyds TSB Group plc today by the director and is made to comply with paragraph 3.1.4 (1)(a) of the Financial Services Authority's disclosure and transparency rules.
